Hit 510 off a parallel box, in briefs and a belt, best prior was 495. Felt good, ab work has been paying off, because i was able to stay pretty straight up, didn't drift forward like i did before. Probably good for around 530 but hams were still sore from goodmornings on friday and didn't want to overdo it.

nice work bruh!!! funny you posted i mean to make a thread about posting Pr's..seems this board sort of lacks in that department..i would like to see more guys posting their PR's..you shouldnt feel intimidated about your weights either..i got more respect for someone sqautting 225 atf than someone doing 405 knee jerks!!! so post them up :D

nice numbers guys. i would post my prs but i rarely max out cept at meet time or the last couple of weeks before a meet. and since i havent competed in almost two years my prs are old as hell anyway.

for you guys doing racks make sure the bar is no higher than the middle of your knee cap when starting. also rember this is a pull so dont use your quads. i see guys at my gym doing a squat instead of a rack pull. believe me it makes a big diff in the amount of weight you pull. a true rack is a sldl from the knees. knees slightly bent. posterior core is what we trying to target on these, not quads.

Got a PR on bench, two sets of three with 375, raw. Third rep on second set was a real battle! Sounds like a good day for many, congrats to everyone!

ordering a glute ham raise tonight for next to my bed. :)
now thats hard core :p
my man jcp has decided he will squat/bench/deadlift heavy or bust a gut trying ;)

I hit a PR last week with 435, 3x5 on deads. Goin for more this week, especially since it seems like my deads are going up consistently while everything else is dropping or stagnant.

thats how I been doing them. In fact my deads involve very little quads at all, its just my natural groove, and I pull the best doin it that way.
