*Embarrassed that I train as infrequently as I have been recently. I need to buckle down, get the diet in shape, and really hit the gym consistently/hard.

HS Hi-Lo Rows 2p/10, 3p/10, 4p/6
DB Rows 85's/15 x 3

Various Biceps Curls 4 sets, 10-12

*Felt pretty good after a 12 hour day of running around like crazy. Pretty happy with the way my back felt with a little extra volume and weight.

*Pathetic. This has been a really rough time for me with work and transitioning into the real world. I have a lot on my plate right now and plan on take a step back to take three steps forward in the new year. I'm very excited for things to come and the new cycle I'm in the middle of planning.
 
Pathetic? Lol those are highly respectable lifts dude! - so you know how many people in your situation are seduced by the regular paycheck and spend half of it on drugs and alcohol? I think you're doing a great job, bud. It's a hard transition.

Thanks brother. I did get your PM and was going to PM you back, but I have had no time in the last month to do anything but work, eat like crap, and sleep. Thanks for the words of encouragement. Sometimes I have to realize it could be a lot worse...

Thinking the next cycle is going to look something like...

Weeks 1-14: Test P 200mg EOD
Weeks 1-6: TBol 60mg/day
Weeks 7-14: NPP 150mg EOD
Weeks 2-14: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu's 2x week
PCT

I'm thinking that's what I want to do right now. Things are always subject to change based on my results, goals, life endeavors, etc... Cycle should be starting ~January 10th.
 
That looks real nice milk your going to love NPP it made me feel like gold and endurance like a sob. you gonna keep letro or arimidex aramasin etc... around with nolvadex just in case?

Sounds like your going through what ive been going threw for some time now. Balancing a relationship to where you two get along is almost full time, then you work and this site I can see where your diet would lag a little.

When you gonna be able to squat/dead again?

It really is like having 2 full time jobs. I have spent some doing some more planning around my life and it has seemed to work well for me... Hopefully with the slow down in sales volume this time of year I can sit back and enjoy my life rather than being incredibly reactive to the job, etc...

I will have Aromasin, Nolva, Clomid, HCG, etc...

I'm hoping to be able to Squat/Dead in the near future. I definitely need to ease into it because I don't want to re-injure anything.

*Both days felt pretty good, was a little rushed but still got some good training in.
