Nicely done. It always amazes me how much progress people can make with just a few minor tweaks, myself included. I worked for YEARS with the same nutritionist and made incredibly progress, but reached a point of diminishing returns. I decided to shake things up and went with a new nutritionist the last year and have made the best gains of my life at 35! I can almost taste the pro card!

Maybe I need a little 3J on my side!
