No-Bull On Strength Loss After Cycle......

goood to know man. Glad it was all in your head. Good luck with the rest of your PCT.

Yeah! and btw i didn''t really lose my weight i gained but the last couple of days my strength has been out the window.......Legs tomorrow so we will see how that goes.....

I've never heard of such a drop off, even with those that didn't post cycle therapy (pct). Thats horrible. Sorry to hear that bro.

sounds like a bad day. I have had days I can't even get 2 45s up. Chalk those up to stress, or mental fatigue and call it a day.

Next time in the gym try not to think about it, or it will all come back.

The mind is a powerful thing.

I take it your diet is still in check , so I would say it was a REAL bad day. But hey......if you look good in the mirror , who gives a rats ass if you lift like 150.....right ?
A friend at the gym told me he looks his best when he is benching 145 , and he is a big boy !!
I remember seeing "Al Q Curly" lifting at my gym years ago and he was doing one arm preacher curls with 20lbs. To me the amount of weight don't mean crap.

Good Luck Bro !!

The same i mean i went from slinging around 315 to really having to concentrate on 225 and 185lbs......It's kind of hard to say because i don't bench everytime and i don't use the regular bench everytime......

keeep us posted on your strenght. I am intrested to see if it was a bad day and if your strenght is coming back?

What where you benching before the cycle?
What was your post cycle therapy (pct) like?
How was your diet?
Did you taper down the calories?

Bro first time i bulked i didnt taper calories and lost alot of my strength
gains.Just somethin to think about.

There is so much to go into this whole thing...........I think i had a bad day and my stregnth sucked.......I am not a big bencher but did 315 eight times and 405 once but i couldn't do it now for a million bucks............With a good dose of test then i could do it again in a couple of weeks........Just a bummer day thats all.....

The other thing i know for a fact is i heal better after a workout and can do more sets in the gym when on.........I know this is true for me......

This is true for everybody.

Thanks for this insight...it sucks though. Maybe before you lift next time, open up a bottle of dbol, take a big whiff, and maybe that will be enough to get that weight up. :)
