No-Bull On Strength Loss After Cycle......

I just returned from training.......For example, three weeks ago before my last dose I was doing 315 eight times........I am completely off the sauce now and today I had to work out on bench with 185, it is unbelievable how I lost strength...........Some may deny this but it happens to other guys in the gym I know that for sure.......

There is quite a bit of strength loss, plus I stay sore longer and do not heal as quickly...............Although today was very cold that is the only explanation I have.......

I am off all the gear just Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and finishing post cycle therapy (pct) with Nolvadex,,,,,,,,,

Does it bother you to lose strength it does me and my problem I am afraid to stay on and on and on, oh well!!!!!!!!!!

holy crap i dont lose 1/10th that much strength :confused:
 
Depends on what your on but with d-bol,drol it can be quite heavy... damn nowhere as near as heavy as 315 to 185 though but I guess it depends on the individual
 
My first cycle was dbol only and when I got off I lost just about all strenght. I just finished my current cycle of dbol and test....well see.
 
I'll tell you the truth i finished my last four weeks with Prop.............Since it is short acting then a week or so ago it was gone from my system.........So there was a dramatic drop............Unlike, with slowing acting esthers that do sels taper like Enanthate or Cypionate.......I am not naturally a great bodybuilder and certainly not in the strength so i have to work my ass off at it which i do whether on gear or not............

The one thing i have is my symmetry it's fairly good.......

If i had just kept the prop every other day it would have never happened but i would not have been off,,,,,,,,,,

I am just being honest and input is appreciated!!!

I may be stronger tomorrow but that was it today............If i had shot 1000 mg. of Test, then i would have been tossing the 315 around if it was done at the corect time.......

I will not lie if you read my posts lately and i have been runnning a lot but had a bad experience, with a healthy fear of the sauce.......

Maybe i was just lazy today,,,,,,
 
That seems like a great drop in strength. I think the closest to that I've ever heard is with people maxing while on methyl-test then maxing a week later. Even then they usually only lose <10%. My first cycle was sust/deca and I lost next to no weight and maybe 5% strength. Don't know what to say except keep eating.
 
A friend of mine added approx. 120 pounds to his bench and hes on his last week of a d-bol/sust cycle... well see how it goes for him!

Personally I love the explosive strenght, going to the gym and kicking/punching the bags like im related to Bruce lee is a HUGE ego boost and I lose very little strenght afterwards!
 
That is a sick loss in strength, im on my first cycle now, i hope this doesnt happen to me. I plan to keep my diet and workouts perfect for well after i come off though.
 
wow, that is unbelivable to lose that much strenght. You were probably having a bad day or maybe you were sort of expecting it so it was mental. Either way muscles have memory and youll get most of that strenght back in no time. Just keep eating and dont slack off now that your not on anymore.
 
was this your first cycle? how much strenght did you gain on this cycle? How long have you been training? The only people that I have seen lose so much strenght post cycle are the ones that started lifting weights when they started using AAS. They also stopped eating correctly and didn't use PCT.
 
My last cycle i lost no strength at all i was accully still gaining during post cycle therapy (pct). I was on omnadren 500mg a week.
 
No it was not first cycle.......All that happened was my strength just bottomed out three weeks after stopping my cycle.........

I hope to god i am not losing size at that rate and don't think so but i got my arms to over 18 this time and i am 6.1 so i don't think it is to bad...............

In fact they are 18 in the Avatar i used just to make a picture...........I did it at home and not on the regular bench.....

It happened to me and i thought i would share my best guess now is it was all psychological.........Thanks for all the tips and insight as i really apreciate it.......

Had to be a bad day! That is'nt normal. I would take a week off and let my body recoup and then get back to the gym and gradually work my way back up to the wieghts I was using previosly. This way it is not such a blow to the ego!
