not geting results, pls help

hi, I am on a cycle of test, and eq frm 8 weeks weekly 400mg both, I diet well 220grm protine, 150 crbs nd 20 to 30 grms fat. Workout heavy and perfect according to my trainer. I am not geting good results or any special change, what I was thking I woud get on cycle, I am almost the same, body weight 73 kg befor cycle now 78kg. no much diffrence in muscle looks
 
So you really expect to put on more muscle while consuming 1720 calories a day? Might want to reevaluate your diet. ;)

If you want to get bigger, you gotta eat more. Your not going to gain by eating the same amount. Common sense. What good is your trainer?
 
how much more ,? I eat 6 meal per meal 100 grm chicken breast, 100 grms carbs, ots or brown bread, vegis, and after workout protine shake, how more shoud I eat nw?

You need to calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and then eat about 500 kcal more than that daily. I don't know your stats or activity level, but it sounds like you could easily be 1000 kcal short of your TDEE which would be required to put you at a maintenance level. You would need 500 kcal beyond that to bulk.
 
Eat more bud. What aren't you understanding? Take the plate you got now, and put more food on it. Very simple...
 
I have seen many diet plans and my is all most the same, of that, jst some food source are diffrent

Are those diet plans set up for people trying to lose weight or bulk?

Like I said, you need to calculate your TDEE. Everyone is different so you can't use a generic diet. You have to tailor it to yourself. If you don't know how to do this, hire a diet coach. It would be money well spent.
 
300 grams of protein
300 grams of carbs
100 grams of fat

if you are around 6 feet in height eat 3500 cals.

Just a quick starting point till you figure out your diet plan more specifically. This way you can salvage some gains right away.
 
Ok f9, I am not growing big, it's f9 but y m not getting at list that quality lean muscle strong hard, my body fat is 16 nd Dats not geting down, I hv 4 abs but dat r frm long time but d lower belly is still their, how to get ridd of that
 
Wait is it f9 or is it f10? Cause thats a difference of one and its proportional to your BF %.

u know what friend, I am not from a rich family, I save, a Lot, from all my basic needs and I save money for my diet and all gym stuff, I was 110 kg wen I started to gym now I am 78 kg wd 16 %bodyfat , a year I am dieting quit well, and but still I am not geting good results so, frustrated, pls some body giv me a total diet and workout routine so that I will get good results plsss

Have you calculated your TDEE yet? There are internet calculators.

its not like i didn't just recently write an article about exactly this issue..

my man, your diet is what makes you grow, not steroids.. its your diet, your training, then steroids.. not the other way around..

the guys are right.. your diet is crap.. whoever gave you that diet is worthless too...

you need a diet geared for your goals.. 1700 calories is what i give my female clients for cutting

have you considered hiring a professional to handle your nutrition???
 
So you have to watch your money you are saying. Your on a budget. But you also have a goal to put on size right? If you keep going the way you are - you are basically wasting money and not achieving goals! So you need to fix the problem. You have the steroids, and you workout and train regularly, but your diet is your weak point. You need to buy more food. Double what you are buying .But you need to follow a plan to put all that extra food to work for you so you dont waste it and your money.
