I'm liking these good reports, gents. If this was any company but Supra, I'd be highly doubtful, but I have tried Supra gear and was impressed.....esp. with the suspension.

Dancer, I've ordered direct from china several times......Chinabase and Ankebio.......both orders arrived on that funky smelling chinese dry ice, and both said to always refrigerate. All the euro and US makers except Serono require refrigeration. But you make a great point about body temp and Nutropin.
Yes, the actual compounds of rhGH and IGF-1 are very unstable and hard to handle outside the lab.

I'll stay tuned here for updates......thanks.

I know the Nutropin's are intended to be shot once a month thefantom, to where the Supra's are made with the same intention but is said to be better to do bi-weekly shot and some people like Ulter do every week shots. Bump for more feedback.

A bump for utler then... Im curious as to how much each injection is... I recall it comes with 3 ml of solvent.... so 1ml a week or 1 1/2 ml every 2 weeks? C'mon Ultler!!

Damn I haven't been able to gete my paws on any Nutropin and just heard of supra! I have jin but I need some long lasting GH for travel purposes(which I will be doing a lot of). It is extremely impractical to use gh when your a traveler.
I can find gyms to hit everywhere, meet my diet needs and take a long acting juice and carrying my ancilleries.....but the GH transport and usage is just outta the question.

Now I'm not asking for a source but if I could be pointed in the right direction like longevty clinic tht would work! And if this seems in appropriate please delete and accept my apologies.

My travel season is about to begin!

This is what I mean:

Am I the only one who is skeptical of underground long acting GH? Nevermind the claims that somehow they're doing a better job than a real pharmacuetical company and therefore it doesn't need to be refrigerated...

Nutropin Depot is a unique form of synthetic rhGH made by Genentech, the first pharmaceutical company to obtain FDA approval for the medical use of GH back in 1979.
Like all human GH, Depot has 191 amino acid residues and a molecular weight of 22,125 daltons. It's the delivery system that makes it special. When reconstituted, the GH molecules are microencapsulated in solution. The capsules are of varying thickness, and therefore release in a timed fashion.......like self-dissolving sutures. One injection is supposed to last 4 weeks, delivering an average 2.25iu GH daily. Actually, some of the Depot is non-encapsulated, and a relatively substantial dose is released in the first week....... you can definitely feel it. Since it is self-tapering, natural production of endogenous GH is gradually restored to normal toward the end of the month.
For those simply seeking to maintain the lean body composition afforded by supplemental GH, one 22.5 kit every 4 weeks is fine. If you are new to GH and looking to make dramatic changes in lean mass, I would recommend using a 22.5 kit every 3 weeks, or an 18mg kit every 2 weeks until the desired results are achieved......or add in a daily injection of regular GH after the first week.
I have used Nutropin Depot exclusively for almost a year. I used regular GH for 4 years straight prior to starting the Depot. The Depot is simply the best, most potent rhGH I have tried. Either it is of superior quality, or it is overdosed.....damn good stuff.
I have no experience with Supra, but I have to say.....I'm a bit skeptical. First of all, it is said that it can be kept at room temperature. The only rhGH patented for this is Serono. Could an underground lab accomplish this where no other major pharmaceutical company can? Heck, they can't even get the labels straight on the vials. And no other company of any size has duplicated the microencapsulation for timed release. And I see brothers post that Supra can be injected with an insulin dart........no way with the encapsulated solution. Depot requires a 21 gauge pin, and even those will clog unless you inject quickly.
But here's the other side of it, to be fair. Supra does make some darn good products. I have used several of the steroid preparations, and liked them. The good news here is that there are some fine brothers trying the GH right now........Trev, Fonz, ulter and others who enjoy great reputations. I look forward to the final reports from these gentlemen.
In the meantime, Depot is my preferred brand. It is not approved for HRT, only for growth deficient children, so no script yet. I pay blackmarket retail like evryone else......and it's worth every penny to this old man.

I share the same concerns with you regarding UG HGH. I'm interested to see what Trevdog, Fonz and Ulter say.

And that was the same info my brother gave me in regards to getting a script for it.

I too am skeptical. The microencapsulation that Genentech uses is not exactly simple. And the diluent is a very viscous, specific carrier for the GH microspheres. I'd like to hear from someone at Supra about how they duplicate this, and store it at room temp, no less.
I've been on the Nutropin Depot for about 6 months now. Effective and convenient. I use the 18 mg kits (1.8 units/day average, probably more due to overfill). The 22.5's (2.25 units/day) gave me a little carpal tunnel type symptoms, so I switched down to the 18's after 2 months.

The whole thing just sounds a little fishy to me. I don't really care either as I'll not buy it, I was just throwing in my $0.02.

Trevdog is running it, and so are a bunch of other people on different boards, William Wallace, Big N, Fonz, i beleive ulter said he has used it, i will also say this, for everyone that is saying that supra is doing this, and it costs so much for this equipment, you are really overlooking the simplest explanation to this.
