hey fellaz..
i m pretty proud of my upper body with stats like 44" chest, 28 inches waist and 16.5" biceps ... very lean n no fattt ( hmm its a result of 4.5 years of hard training with no breaks except for a 2 month break which i took in late 2001 cuz of meningitis///

problem is that i own chicken legs which bothers me like shitt.. its like i can do half squats with 280 pounds(10 reps) these days .. and squats where i go deep , i dont cross 120 lbs(10 reps) which i think is lame... so my ques is ..how on earth can i increase my deep squat platess :) ?????

oh yeh guyz..one more thing.. forget abt facelifts n bla bla.. i have kind of chubby cheeks..which is there since eternity... wats the best way to loose this bloody fat of my cheeks.. hehe
 
Lower the reps man! 10reps wont build any muscles!
Stay between 4-6reps (you should be able to do no less then 4 no more then 6)
 
Where are you weak in the squat exactly, are you folding in half on heavy squats or what?

Abs and back have to be strong for these.
 
hmm in squats lesser reps with more weight = gain ??
actually thats the thing with any other body part too....

well i go deep down with squat that is knees folded... hate squats....
 
my workout is like 3 sets of full squats with knee folded and 3 sets of half squats... alogn with leg presses , leg curling and leg extension..
 
mnake sure to drive you kess apart on the up stroke. drop down in weight and start with good form. you'll be hittin good numbers in no time. swollow you pride and start over. please drop the half squats. they look silly and accomplish very little.
