My doctor fucked me up on to much TRT my levels are through the roof high, as well as my E2 levels. Help! My shit is likely way higher than results below cause i injected 200mg a day after blood work per Doctors orders, so my shit is really really really through the roof high right now im freaking out BIG TIME HELP!!!!

Don't freak out. You just need to lower your dose and you may need to use an Aromatase Inhibitor. Nothing to panic over.

this is my third week on TRT.
WEEK 1 DOC injected me 400mg
week 2 200mg,
week 3 this Wednesday i got blood work done with results above posted but doc injected me with 300mg again before he read results.

not sure what peek and trough means? im a newbe but going to ditch my doc for a new one. i have plenty of Testosterone Cyp at home to last me till March.

Hey guy, keep reading and studying up from the things you hear on her. Read the sticky's as you come in. They are full of valuable info and with the knowledge of these things you will be more informed to ask Q's and Google for some of your Q's.

I have had my Test levels above 7,000 and you can keep your E2 down with an AI. Your doc should know how to keep your E2 in check. If not study up, you'll find what you need to know on here mostly. God luck

Typical TRT doses are between 100-200mg/week.

You are only three weeks in. Give it time.

Have you adjusted your diet? You need to eat more if you want to gain weight. Can you tell us what your TDEE and macros are?

What type of training are you doing? Play any sports?

Well it's not toxic and at some point I assume the receptors are just saturated and more will not make a difference.

I think a shot of non esterified testosterone could put you even very much higher than that.

He may have a rationale for what he is doing, but if your high levels are a surprise to him after that sequence of injections then something is amiss.

That thought is just... Owie. 400mg of suspension..! Now THAT is what I would call some PIP!

OP: Your doctor is likely "frontloading" your protocol to get you to satisfactory serum levels quickly. If he insists on 300-400mg injections after this, I'd be concerned. It's going to make your estradiol skyrocket initially, but as long as he brings you back down to 100-200mg/wk, you'll stabilize within healthy ranges.

Definitely stick around though; there's LOTS to learn here.
