PUMP and size?
Change is good. A pump isn't indicative of muscle mass happening or a good workout even though it feels good. I can do push ups, and get a pump far better than bench, yet, would never give me a big chest. I can do negatives,...and never get a pump, yet get sore the nest few days.I can do any 8-10 workout for biceps and never get sore. It probably has more to do with just doing the same old thing, and not eating enough. If you are looking for a pump,... do 21's and get some NO2,... but as I said,... pump doesn't mean size. It just means feeling good while at the gym.Lift heavy, keep a log, switch it up, if need be, have an arm only day, and eat right.
