going to the doc is definately your first priority but i wouldnt assume this is steroid related... During college i had the same occurrances often and when i finally went to the doctor i came to find out i had an ulcer at 21 yrs old.. no idea the reason, stress, drinking, drugs, LIFE.. shit happens, but i do know i wasnt onsteroids then so this could be anything.. let the doc check you out and help.. GOOD LUCK

possibly ulcerative colitis, lookit up on webmd.com, its ulcers on the lining of your colon and intestinal walls, when shit passes, it makes the ulcer bleed, you can take a corticosteroid like prednisone and it will heal, get it checked to be sure, keep stress low and cut back on booze

Quit guessing brother. Yes, chances are that the etiology is a low risk one (probably just good old hemorrhoids) but read these and you'll see WHY you need to get checked out!! It'll be very important to rule out other sign es Very important significant causes/problems.
