Hi Im 43 years old 6,5 weight 28lbs, body fat 19%
I am a professional arborist, 'tree trimmer'. I want to get stronger and possibly strengthen my tendons if possible, I have alot of tendon pain from 20years of climbing. I dont mind gaining weight if its clean on this cycle and then follow up with a cutting cycle. I have never been on a cycle before. I plan on lifting 5 days a week after work.I have studied steroids for years but because I have to climb and do hard labor 5 days a week i would appreciate any advice. I was thinking 500Ctest weeks, Dianobol first 6 weeks then 6weeks of deca and run Nolva at the end. What do you guys think?
