Im on my first cycle of t400, its not as painful as people described it to be, ya i feel like i got charly horsed in the leg, but its do able. there isnt any prop so its all long lasting esters. i have test e 150, test c 150, and test decananthate 100.
i need diet ideas. what not to eat and what to eat. i heard not to eat alot of carbs. my diet consists of protein casein for slow release. i heard it works better on aas. so thats what im doing. my protein is 32g casien. im not taking creatine. got some pure casien for the night. lots of milk. getting skim milk for protein.and vitamins.
this is my diet usually if i dont cheat.
wake up:
vectors cereal w/ skim milk 13g protein+vits
yogurt,egg sandwich,brownbread** cheating.
salade,italien sauce.very small portion.some nuts
suppermeat,fish,or shrimp)vegies.
soup.
snack

2 protien shakes of about 30g protein=60g
abotu to open a 64 gram protein i been saving gonna come to 1 shake of 64g protein plus one casein protein at night of 32 grams.
ill have the occasional apple at night or like i said a salade i dont really count it. on mondays ill fast all day, i wont eat from the moment i wake up till around 2-3-4. this works for me. gives me good pumps and i recover my abs on this day.
i would like some advice tho. what is not good, for example carbs i should keep low but how low ??
