On some painful T400, diet Help!!

Im on my first cycle of t400, its not as painful as people described it to be, ya i feel like i got charly horsed in the leg, but its do able. there isnt any prop so its all long lasting esters. i have test e 150, test c 150, and test decananthate 100.

i need diet ideas. what not to eat and what to eat. i heard not to eat alot of carbs. my diet consists of protein casein for slow release. i heard it works better on aas. so thats what im doing. my protein is 32g casien. im not taking creatine. got some pure casien for the night. lots of milk. getting skim milk for protein.and vitamins.


this is my diet usually if i dont cheat.

wake up:

vectors cereal w/ skim milk 13g protein+vits

yogurt,egg sandwich,brownbread** cheating.

salade,italien sauce.very small portion.some nuts

supper:(meat,fish,or shrimp)vegies.

soup.

snack

snack

2 protien shakes of about 30g protein=60g

abotu to open a 64 gram protein i been saving gonna come to 1 shake of 64g protein plus one casein protein at night of 32 grams.

ill have the occasional apple at night or like i said a salade i dont really count it. on mondays ill fast all day, i wont eat from the moment i wake up till around 2-3-4. this works for me. gives me good pumps and i recover my abs on this day.

i would like some advice tho. what is not good, for example carbs i should keep low but how low ??

What are your stats? Definitely not low carbs. I would go high protein, high carbs and a little fat. Maybe 40/40/20, p/c/f. Something along those lines. If you want to bulk, you have to EAT.
 
You have to count your macros everyday. Download myfitnesspal app...useful tool..

Try eating in a 40prot/40carbs/20fats split. See what that does for you, and adjust from there..
 
You need to spend a little money and talk to 3j for real. Especially need to start counting your cals to monitor how much youre taking in. If youre on a bulk, and you eat ALOT AND CLEAN, you will have good gains
 
1g of fat = 9 cals
1g of carbs = 4 cals
1g of prot = 4 cals

Do a little math. 100g of fats is way to much for someone your size
 
casein protein is good for night or when you have gaps between meals for slow release but isn't ideal for after a workout when you need a faster absorbed protein. whey protein is best for after a workout

i did gain maturally by eating well. i gained 20 pounds already. naturally im a really skinny guy. now its been 1.5 years of eating and training and i have gained a considerable about with dieting. something i didnt know whas possible before but as iv learned im a natural weight gainer.
