Yeah im.alittle wet
This time around even if i am adding mass i still add 15-20min cardio to my routine everyday before i train which i didnt years before
When i decide to cut ill just up my cardio and keep eating as usual
Today weighed in at 247lbs my goal was to get up to 250lbs and maintain that weight for a month or 2 so my body gets adjusted to this new weight and then chop i guess
