outside gym cordination with school

i'm still in highschool and we lift the big four either Monday, Wedsday, friday or Tuesday, Wedsday, Friday. The big four consisting of Incline, Hang Clean, Bench, Squat. I know its not the ideal system, but its the one i'm stuck in. I'm looking for advice on what I should do on those off days or weekends.

My diet is fine for now. My main question was what other lifts could I do to supplement what I'm already doing. I know idealy you only should be hitting each body part twice a week at most. So i'm looking for some auxilary exercises

But before you waste your time eating, make sure to sleep your ass off or eating will still not be much help. 10-11 hrs in 24 hrs.

If your looking for extra exercises, well there are tons. What do you mean? Deadlifts are a good mass exercise, bb rows are great, shrugs, shoulder press and many more.
 
you doing all 4 of those lifts 3x/w? if so slap your weight lifting coach in da mouth. thats a terrible routine.
 
Hes the head coach of football, and strength & Conditioning, he has to create a broad workout for a school of 2.5k kids with a fixed budget. I don't think he could do much better
