there's no need in cutting me down...all i did was make this thread for some help not for you to flame me. I am young and willing to learn. I took deca because i didnt really want everyone to know i was using. I heard deca gives you slower gains with out all the bad noticeable sides that test gives, i.e, acne, bloated face, huge gains in short time. I didnt want my mom or friends asking me questions. My diet is actually really good! Morning i usually have a protein shake and cereal with some protein mixed into that too, lunch tuna and cottage cheese or some pistachios or something, come home eat 3 eggs with cheese, protein shake for snack before my workout, then protein bar after or shake, then come home and bout an hour or two later make a hamburger or chicken with some cattage cheese. Night time snack is an apple with pb. Oh another thing is i work some muscles twice a week and not the same muscles every week. I take two days off a week.
