overtraining??

i do about 15 sets of anywhere from 5-10 reps for chest, bis, and shoulders. 9-12 sets of anywhere between 5-10 reps for tris, back, and legs. I mix up the reps throughout the work out.I do each muscle almost twice a week. i try to atleast. I'm also on deca 200mg/ml....i know you dont think that's a good cycle but it's what i decided on. i was just wondering if you think i'm overtraining??

if your gonna hit a bodypart 2x a week i would cut my sets back , maybe 10-12 instead of 15

SO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS YOU TRAIN EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK
BRO EVEN BACKING OFF ON SETS IS NOT GONNA HELP ONLY A SMALL % OF GUYS CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS KIND OF TRAINING AND SUPPLEMENTATION

i agree but ive come to the conclusion its easier to meet these guys half way and talk them into dropping some sets than tell them that the precious workout they took from the musclerag magazine they spent their hard earned money on was written to sell mags instead of make them grow .

its sad to say but 99% of the guys on these boards believe the musclerags training info over proven trainers and lifters who are willing to share their time and knowledge .
 
who cares if he's overtraining the ass is running 200mg of deca with no test and his diet prolly sux too so lets just call this one a waste
lol hey bud drop the gear get a good routine and your head out of flex and look at some stickys and get on the right track naturally than go to the anabolic forum and get your gear right...then on to the dietforum and get your diet checked out
 
there's no need in cutting me down...all i did was make this thread for some help not for you to flame me. I am young and willing to learn. I took deca because i didnt really want everyone to know i was using. I heard deca gives you slower gains with out all the bad noticeable sides that test gives, i.e, acne, bloated face, huge gains in short time. I didnt want my mom or friends asking me questions. My diet is actually really good! Morning i usually have a protein shake and cereal with some protein mixed into that too, lunch tuna and cottage cheese or some pistachios or something, come home eat 3 eggs with cheese, protein shake for snack before my workout, then protein bar after or shake, then come home and bout an hour or two later make a hamburger or chicken with some cattage cheese. Night time snack is an apple with pb. Oh another thing is i work some muscles twice a week and not the same muscles every week. I take two days off a week.

Hey man I,m not flaming you......it might look that way to you.....but hear me out.
Before you set your mind on a few things like training and a cycle ask around...I have been in your shoes ,others have as well ,don,t make the mistake we did thru trial and error ...you are doing yourself an injustice with your cycle and training from what I see .
Ask we are here to help......sorry for the missunderstanding

lets see how your training is broken down first and foremost ....by bodypart ...stes, reps etc

What are your goals size , strenght etc
 
it's hard for me to break down my training because it changes from day to day. I usually do everything different everytime so my muscle dont ever get used to one certain thing. I've heard that is good to keep from plateauing but correct me if i'm wrong. i try to work 2 muscles a day and sometimes three when including my abs which are worked almost everyother day. But i usually do low reps and the highest i go is 10. Does anyone do high reps while on??
stats-6'0 185lbs.
strength-275 bench, 300 squat(weak), deads i just started doing.
goals- to weigh about 195 in by the time my cycle is over and to bench 290-300, squat to be 350, deads i really dont even have a goal for, i guess to just start doin them..lol. But late spring i'd like to then start cutting until fall or so.

Get this into your head, you dont grow in the gym. You grow home, eat, and sleep. I personally cant train abs every other day because I will overtrain them just like any other body part.
 
sorry bro.... your diet is cool but i'd still drop the gear... try a 5x5 or dc program for awhile and you'll notice gains... personally i do 5x5 and i have been able to put 5lbs a week on all three lifts (squat deads bench) it worked for me and ill i can say is give it a try
