Current Stats: 23 5'9 194 id say about 10%-12% body fat right now, and its all stubborn belly fat mainly due to beer and eating whatever the fck i want which stops today!!!...not so much the beer but ill try and keep it down...

Goals: Conquer and Destroy DAHURT lmao just playing...seriously though id like to get up to 225 and as far as strength i cant wait to see what happens bc im all ready at pretty impressive lifts...

ive been doing 10X10 strength training to prep for this cycle and now will go back to 5x5 starting tomorow

OK ladies and gents Cycle....

Weeks 1-16...Jelfa Omnadren 250 - 750mg PW Split into EOD injections (pain in the ass to open)

Weeks 1-10...Pinnacle Tren E 200 - 400mg PW Split into Every 3rd day injections

Weeks 1-16...Pinnacle Deca 200 - 300mg PW Split into 100mg EOD (low dose for aches and pains that come with heavy lifting)

Weeks 1-4...Pinnacle Dbol - 75mg ED

Liv. 52 ED
Clinical fish oil ED
Vitamin C ED
Vitamin E ED
1/2 Tsp Baking soda and water ED

Aromasin 12.5 ED Untill Start Of PCT
Proviron 25mg ED
Caber .5mg E4D

HCG 500iu split into 2 injections PW starting week 3 and stopping upon beginning of PCT.

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Jack3d
Metabolic Nutrition Creatine Glycerol Phosphate
L-Arginine Powder
Myofusion Protien

Ill begin messing around with peptides sometime during the cycle and will also be giving 3j a shout once im situated...

OFF WITH HIS HEAD lol...Thanks pops it was tough to hold back on this cycle i deff had the itch to start sooner but i feel very at ease knowing that i everything is on hand and the cycle is being run properly, with all the right precautions taken.

and no i dont have the free time to say what i eat and do in the gym everyday lol i leave for work early and get home late after the gym, the log wont be as active as others but the right updates will be there...thanks for following.

yes if youve seen previous posts ive made im well aware now that i fucked up by starting at 18 but i had no real solid knowledge at that time just neighborhood juice dealers telling me it was ok and i didnt need a pct yadda yadda ya....yes ive rran about a cycle a year, every spring since i was 18 and i know know it wasnt the greatest idea but too late now right...thank god forr ology or else this cycle would have been a mess too with crazy doses and shitty pct...

i aint judging bro.. just making sure i was reading it right... i was young and dumb prolly more dumb than you. my first cycle was told to run tren by itself with novadex xt after i got off...no mention of caber or prami and ended up with prolactin induced gyno... fun stuff...
 
week 1 update...first off i weighed in monday at 191 not 194 which was pretty aggravating, i guess bc my diet wasnt great during my moving process...

Weighed in friday at 198 so up 7lbs in 5 days isnt too bad, i love these dbol the pumps are GREAT, ALL my injections are smooth as hell ive been shooting the tren and omnas in my glutes and the deca in my delts...no sides yet other than a raging libido...all in all im very happy with week one and cant wait to see whats to come!

Just figured id log my training routine to compare my progress...so here we go, starting today with chest...
Weighed in today at 199

Im going on a 5x5 routine for the next month...

Flat bb bench - 135x12/225x5/245x5/275x5/315x4/275x5
Incline bb bench - 185x5/225x5/245x5/
Incline db fly - palms in on contraction 45x12/50x12/65x10-45x10(drop set)
Peck Deck - hold contraction for 2sec 70x15/80x12/90x12/100x10

Lat pull down - 150x15/170x10/180x10/210x8

T-Bar Rows (old school style) 4plates 12 reps/5plates 10 reps/5plates 10 reps/5plates and a quater 8 reps

Reverse Grip Bent over rows - 135x15/185x10/205x10

Reverse close grip lat pull downs - 130x12/150x10/150x10

Seated rows 105 untill failure for 2 sets
 
Seen that you hit the good ole back today. Looks like you done well, looks very familar to my back day. Let us know when those dbol back pumps hit.
 
didnt get time to update my routine for yesterday but it was leg day and by how i feel today it was a good leg day...

Squats 135x20/225x10/225x10/275x10/315x8

Single Leg Press 80x10/80x10/100x10-double leg superset 15reps/120x10-double leg superset 15reps

Forward Leg Raises 60 untill failure 2 sets

Reverse Leg Curls 60 untill failure 2 sets
