Current Stats: 23 5'9 194 id say about 10%-12% body fat right now, and its all stubborn belly fat mainly due to beer and eating whatever the fck i want which stops today!!!...not so much the beer but ill try and keep it down...
Goals: Conquer and Destroy DAHURT lmao just playing...seriously though id like to get up to 225 and as far as strength i cant wait to see what happens bc im all ready at pretty impressive lifts...
ive been doing 10X10 strength training to prep for this cycle and now will go back to 5x5 starting tomorow
OK ladies and gents Cycle....
Weeks 1-16...Jelfa Omnadren 250 - 750mg PW Split into EOD injections (pain in the ass to open)
Weeks 1-10...Pinnacle Tren E 200 - 400mg PW Split into Every 3rd day injections
Weeks 1-16...Pinnacle Deca 200 - 300mg PW Split into 100mg EOD (low dose for aches and pains that come with heavy lifting)
Weeks 1-4...Pinnacle Dbol - 75mg ED
Liv. 52 ED
Clinical fish oil ED
Vitamin C ED
Vitamin E ED
1/2 Tsp Baking soda and water ED
Aromasin 12.5 ED Untill Start Of PCT
Proviron 25mg ED
Caber .5mg E4D
HCG 500iu split into 2 injections PW starting week 3 and stopping upon beginning of PCT.
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Metabolic Nutrition Creatine Glycerol Phosphate
L-Arginine Powder
Myofusion Protien
Ill begin messing around with peptides sometime during the cycle and will also be giving 3j a shout once im situated...
