I would guess Paul is about 6'2-6'3 and about 270 now.Great guy to talk to nice girlfriend as well.He was the 1st real FREAK in bodybuilding and it was amazing he had great abs as well.I don't like the veins in his chest but that's the way it happened from heavy lifting I guess but a great competitor and person

He said "in the last olympia" ... so it was in the last competition where Dillet went ! He didn't compare Dillet at this time to Coleman nowadays
