Pellet Therapy High T-Levels, Low Energy

I am new to TRT, my doctor recommended pellet therapy. I have been on it for just under a year, but I don't seem to be getting the positive effects. My T levels as of last week are at 1340 and my estrodial is at 25. I am taking arimidex 2 times a week .5 mg.

During the first six months I was "aromatizing" and felt like shit. I was emotional and tired and having hot flashes, basically going through menopause. Sounds funny but it was miserable. I am feeling better now after the estrogen blocker, but I am still tired and don't have the energy to really get into the gym or be productive beyond work. Any thoughts on what I can ask my doctor to look for in my blood work? Are my levels too high?

maybe you have HIGH or LOW SHBG, both should make you tired and abit off.
Thyroid funciton could be impacted by to high testosterone levels aswell as LOW/HIGH SHBG.

I still dont feel super energized even though my levels are at about 1200 aswell, with a very high bioactive testoserone levels due to kinda low SHBG levels. My thyroids are defently alittle off aswell, as due to overdosing.... This is one of the side-effects of NEBIDO wich is a slow release.

I asked doc about going to test e - test c but he said that bayern had pulled it off the market, and that gels were recommend. So well im stuck with undeconate for a while still.

trt isn't a magic pill for energy..

let me get some more info from you

also, what does your diet look like?? off the top of my head, if this isn't another hormone issue like your thyroid, this sounds like either physical depression or poor nutrition

Yeah I know... it sounds worse that it looks, lol, I have always been active until I hit my 40's, which is part of the reason I started TRT and TRT hasn't helped. I would call my diet a "professional diet" meaning I work hard and try make good when decisions when I go out to eat, which at least once everyday.

I just started pellet therapy a month ago. I had mood swings the first week or two, but now that I have leveled off, I feel great. I am 42 yrs old and my T was 258 before insertion. Now my T is over 900. My question to you, Dano100, is when did the low energy symptoms hit you? Did you start off well and then your energy tanked, or has it been a problem for the whole year?
