nobody got busted or anything like that, they simply pulled a bunch of things off the shelves due to a handful of complaints that were made about some of the gear being painful. They are currently switching to even better quality raws ( far more expensive) and greatly improving their filtration process to be the best which is also much more expensive. with these current changes it will cost them more to make each vial but the quality will also be second to none, in other words they are raising the bar for all UGL's with these steps they are taking. My understanding is that prices will remain the same even with the very expensive changes and a nice celebration sale will be coming to kick off the new raws and process! as soon as everything gets back in stock
I've never seen or heard of anyone taking such drastic steps after just a handful of complaints but it goes to prove just how serious these guys are about providing the highest quality possible to us.

It may be a week or so from what I'm told, but Pops is right!!! Pinnacle is coming FULL FORCE with the TOP of the Line Raws in the game!!! Raws that can be PROVEN where they come from and the QUALITY second to NONE!!!!!!!!!!!
No claims of raws that in the end cannot be proven if they are really using those raws or not.
Real raws from THE MOST RELIABLE RAW SOURCE in the game!!!!
So for those that have pain after the load I understand that Pinnacle has dropped for this level of quality....... Well, I feel for ya and hate to say but, I think it would be time to throw the towel in on gear cause it will not be anything Pinnacle is doing wrong!!!
And Honestly, the man running things for Pinnacle says that in total there were only 3 complaints of 2 particular products of pinnacle so 1 complaint on one and 2 on another product. 1 is Test Prop with a NEWBIE so...... That is a given seeing as Pinnacles Prop USED to be dosed at 120mg/ml and Prop naturally hurts many people but due to this complaint pinnacle now doses their prop at the NORMAL 100mg/ml, sorry to the fellas that could handle 120 and liked it!!
The other 2 complaints were on another product and out of those 2 that used that batch there were i think Pinnacle said 30 some odd customers that got that particular same batch and out of 30 some odd people 2 complained to the Site!!!!!
So......... IDK and really don't understand why Pinnacle got all out and crazy over 2 complaints out of 30 or so people but that is why I love Pinnacle, seems like they are here for the bros more than any lab I've dealt with.
There were a bit of "I heard this guy say pain and I heard about one guy who said pain" but facts are facts and Myths are myths.
Truth is from the head of Pinnacle that there were 3 total complaints to the site period!!! And they have went ALL OUT in changing their ways?????????? Hmmm, seems like they are GTG in my book still.

Either way the raws from XXX are second to none and have been some of the top raws for many years. No weak or impure crap comes from that guy!
Will be interesting to see the new products coming as well! I see a big list in the future
