Is there really a big difference pinning 1x vs 2x when using test e? dont have the most ideal situations or privacy to do 2x a wk. If it is worth doing 2x a wk i will. going to be running 600mgs a wk test e 14 wks.

To keep your levels more stable, absolutely better to pin 2x a week with any long ester.
 
I have done both and its pretty similar in effect but I have a preference for multiple times per week. If it was for a comp or strength meet then more frequency is indicated.

I'm currently pinning once every 7 days with Cyp.
 
You are less likely to experience highs and lows if you pin twice weekly. Once a week is really bare minimum.
 
I've injected 10 ml in my quad. It's not painful at all. It's the needle going through the quad nerves that hurt no matter how much I inject.
 
5ml sounds insane. I usually cap it at 2-2.5ml for glutes or quads. 1ml for delts though i no longer use that as an injection site.
 
I ran a test E. cycle as well as a Test C. cycle. Both of them I pinned once per week and got great gains and didn't really feel any "up and downs". Just my 2 cents...
