Planned Cycle, Advice welcome

I've just started my first cycle for about 6 months, and was just after any advice anyone could offer.

I've started my cycle off with Nap 50's x1 Per day for 2 weeks,
on the 14th day of my cycle, i will be adding Deca 200 & Test Cypionate to my cycle at 1ml E3D for 1 month. I plan on running the Nap 50's for the first 2 weeks alongside the Deca & Cyp until they kick in. After the month, I will be switching to Tri-Trembolone 1ml EOD. I'm taking x1 Chlomid tablet per day with my cycle.

With regards to my Info, i'm 22, 6ft 1, 17 Stone 10lb. This is not my first cycle, but is by far my best planned & though out cycle. My aim is to gain bulk & muscle mass without gaining too much excess chunk!

My diet is something like the following:

08:00 - Porridge with semi skimmed milk & protein shake.

11:00 - Protein shake.

13:00 - 1 cup of pasta with either 1 tin of tuna or chicken breast.

15:00 - Protein shake

16:00 - 1 cup of pasta (debating whether to eat at this time, or after training)

18:00 - Pre workout supplement. Jack3D

19:30 - Protein shake.

The protein i'm using is Nutrisport 90+, which has 46g of protein & minimal Carbs & Calories.

My training schedule is as follows.

Monday - Chest & Triceps followed by 1 hour of Sparring.

Tuesday - Back & Biceps. (including deadlifts)

Wednesday - Rest day (play indoor football for 30 mins)

Thursday - Legs (worst day of the week!)

Friday - Shoulder & Triceps.

Saturday - MMA Training.

Sunday - Rest Day

I'm after any advice anyone could offer on my cycle, diet or my workout schedule. Also after advice on what type of PCT to run after my cycle. All feedback is welcomed!!

Ok, having had a bit of a look at other people's posts... do i need to run my Test & Deca cycle for longer than the 4 weeks planned before switching to the tri-tren? Just seeing a few people saying the Test doesn't kick in fully until 4-5 weeks... which means i'm screwed if i stop at 4! HELP!!
 
So i'm starting to get how this forum business works.. you post a thread, looking for some advice... and no one replies... makes sense! must mean that everything mentioned in my post is 100% correct, and i'm in need of no advice! Bonus!
 
You should run the 50s, deca, and test all at the same time. Leave the tri tren alone. Deca needs to be run 12-14 weeks minimum. Stop your deca 2 weeks before you stop your test. Do you have a pct in order?
 
I've never really done a serious cycle like this one before.. I've always just done 1 Steroid at a time, for example Test Prop 1 ml EOD for a month.

I've started the 50's, and will be starting the Deca & Test on Wednesday. So you'd go for 12-14 weeks with the Test & Deca with 50's all through the course? Also, is my dosage right? 1 ml of each E3D?

I have no PCT planned yet... that was the main reason i joined this forum, for advice on what to use, and in what doses. So i'd appreciate any suggestions!! Thanks for taking the time to help me out.
 
You might want to get your PCT in order prior to taking this, trying to track down PCTs last minute because your body is going off kilter due to sides is never any fun.
 
i meant you shouldve started all those compounds together bro. i dont think you have any idea what you are doing. you do not run the 50s the entire time...more like 4 weeks.
and the deca needs to be run atleast 12. figure out how long you are going to run the deca and run the test two weeks longer than that. its not that complicated
 
Also not trying to be too harsh, but your diet is shit. You should start on fixing that before you worry about gear. Way too many shakes, nowhere near enough whole food. You weigh almost 250 lbs....how are you not STARVING eating this diet????

THIS HAS TO BE A JOKE. HIS FIRST REAL cycle for SIX months with two 19nor's ahaha no idea what your doing with a bad diet. stop and research before you hurt yourself
 
i have 20ml of Test & 20ml of Deca.

Ok, so I'm taking 4 protein shakes a day as i work in an office, and don't get the chance to eat so many meals in a day. 3J, how would you recommend i change my diet? how much Protein, Carbs, Calories, Fat should i be aiming for per day?

I will be starting the Test & Deca on Wednesday, any advice on what i'm doing wrong, and where i can improve is appreciated.
 
In my hones topinion you should just just stop everything and hit up the diet section..get your shit in check before you start a cycle. Steroids aren't a crutch bro..

that cycle is terrible , and i mean terrible. you have no idea whay your doing and steroids are not something to fuck with unless you know what your doing.

i know it seems like im being mean but im really telling you the truth . your diet is bad and your cycle is bad so your wasting your time, health and money with little hope of success. just slow down and do it right the 1st time.

There are a multitude of things wrong with what you a doing and frankly you are not going to get the type of results you hope for with a plan like you've proposed here.

Get your diet worked out first. Then worry about the drugs and that includes PCT.
