Post cycle therapy

Hi

I'm currently in a cycle consist of GH every 12 hours , test 1 ml , tren , 1 ml both on SAT and TUES

I'm taking legalon also 6 tablets a day


And I need to know what type of post therapy treatment should I use


Appreciate all help
And please try to explain because I'm not that good
 
I didnt notice till now your female. Never heard of people suugesting test or tren for females, whats ur stats cycle history. Im not sure how females are suppose to post cycle therapy (pct). Best to plan out ahead of time. And can u give dosages of everything?
 
You know what in my country (Saudi Arabia) I'm the only female how is doing bodybuilding and using steroids

For I don't have that much of experience

Before this one I did almost 5 cycles I take deca , test , stanzolol , and never take high dosage my maximum is 1,5 ml or 2 ml

And I waited 8 months till I have mensturation again

I will write what I'm taking specifically

Test propionate 100 >> 1 ml on SAT and TUES
Trenbolone enanthate 200 >> 1ml on SAT and TUES
Equipblin 200>> 1 ml on SAT and TUES
GH 0.6-0,69 every 12 hours all week except Friday

Also I'm taking legal on 70 , 6 tablets a day from my live

So that's all can any one suggest what should I take post this cycle

Hey 1st and only, that is great you have not experienced any negative sides! Props to you too for being a female bodybuilder, especially in an area where you said it is uncommon.

Have you noticed increased strength, muscle growth, energy, etc?

Regarding energy I lack it any way because I'm in a very strict diet , strength wise yes I'm seeing increase in my strength,
But what I really want is losing weight which I noticed especially upper abs, still a lot of work to do cause I'm around 20% body fat

Funny thing though , I feel horny :$ embarrassing

Wouldn't it be easier to use 'extras' when your body fat is lower? At 20% you can cut a lot naturally - adequate dieting technique is key. How do you look? Are you quite muscular?
 
Well I consider my self muscular yes , but still you know it's really not the same likemin the US or other country , supplements it self are hard to get unless you do it through lack market

You don't need supplements to strip fat, I didnt take any when prepping for my fitness show except a protein powder once a day and still dropped fat like hot cakes, just had a great diet, plus my routine kept me super trim. I reckon you could make training and dietary changes to reach your goals, not pills and needles.

But you are an adult so if you choose this path do it right. You asked about post cycle therapy..there's a sticky at the top of the womens board about it, might help you although I don't know anything about it...

I realised my last post was about fat stripping and not building, but I still stand by food over anything else. Your first post does refer to fat loss so I'm assuming that's the main goal? Are you not able to buy things like jack3d over the Internet? I buy a lot of things that way..

May be for fitness it's easy to burn fat but the issue is to get to the point of having six pack and veiny body I think it's somehow hard because for us women we tend to store fat in our body naturally. I not consider my self overweight or something but the salt and water and those hard headed fat really make me frustrated

The other thing that for female bodybuilder they need those type of steroids because they are naturally unable to lift heavy enough to get big muscles like the guys


And yes it seems weired but in Saudi Arabia it's absolutely no way to ship supplement from any country
 
It's not easy! But supplements not needed at a stage when you're 20% IMO. I have a friend who competes in bodybuilding, she doesn't take steroids or fat burning aids of any kind, and gets into amazing condition, veins and all. I had a good midsection and some stomach veins showing when prepping for my shows and I know it's possible - not easy but possible. My avi here is when I'm just normal day to day not show ready of any sort..

I know I'm not a bber, so I can't share like for like stories. Do you have someone coaching you through diet and training? Maybe post up your diet here and seek advice. Obviously the main thing is to lift heavy and eat big (calorie excess) to gain muscle. If you're trying to cut then your diet will have to be different (calorie deficit) from what you're writing I think you need to decide what you're trying to achieve, build or cut then tailor your diet/training to that. I wish I could be more help.

It's great what you're doing in an Arab country especially where attitudes are very different. My Grandmother was Arab, attitudes about women were they should be slim, pretty, have children and care for them! Appearance was everything, If she was alive to see me when I did my first show she would've fainted..lol!

I would seriously take Detour5's advice, she know what she is talking about and part of that proof is in her picture.
Keep up the good work and you will get to where you need to be.
