getting ready to finish off a 20 wk cycle wasnt a cutter or a bulker
but more of a lean mass cycle were i was more concerned with quailty vs.quainty gains and am very happy with results question is i've been liffting like a mad man most of the cycle should i keep it up like that ?i was thinking of maybe doing more sets and less weight for a while to kind of give my body a rest .have had alot of joint issues during cycle
and they cry for a break
