What kind of post workout shakes do u drink? Is quick release or rapid release proteins better? Is a fruit smoothie with some kind of protein supplement good to drink? What about mixing in creative or getting a PWO shake with one included. What us the optimum time for protein synthesis to take place after you workout if you workout in the evening, have a shake, and go to sleep an hour or two later? Feel free to share recipes and tips fellas...thanks and much appreciated!
