Pregnyl for TRT

Hi there fellas.
I'm 21, my T-259 ng/dl, LH 4.5miu/ml, FSH 2.5miu/ml. Been feeling depressed, suicidal, morning wood every other day, testicles are maybe a little bit smaller than they used to be (I wouldnt argue if they are normal size) and DEAD libido for the last 2 years. I saw 6 endocrynologists and finally the next week I'm getting prescribed Pregnyl to try it out (because it may help and its not damaging, at least that's what my doc said). So I'm asking you, what are the regular dosages of Pregnyl to get the T up to the good levels? And should it help to stop this hell?
Thanks for your help
Best wishes

Not up to date with Pregnyl bud so would not like to say, it is an Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) though so should boost your T levels. Suicidal thoughts are very very serious and you should be treated straight away and no waiting about. I am a bit confused that you are still getting morning wood, this is normally one of the first things to go with Low T but your blood works state otherwise as you are low especially for a 21yr old. Are you taking any other medications prescribed or illegal meds?

Well, a morning wood is soft and gets up for a very short term. Yes I'm taking a prescribed medicine to lower a higher blood pressure, but I dont think these are related. And speaking of pregnyl, I need to know the regular dosages of it so I know if it is even worth giving a shot because it's a bit too pricy for a student type guy + when starting pregnyl most likely I will need to get on anti-estrogen medication too. I saw a documentary on youtube about treating a low testosterone the guy there used Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 400iux3times a week+ arimidex and it helped him so is this dosage good? And are Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and pregnyl the same medicine but with different names?

Make sure your insurance covers it. Most won't cover Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and it's very expensive.

The regular insurance in my country doesnt cover it. If the dosage of it can fit inside "5000iu N3" then it's not the end of the world, but I need more of it then I cant afford it, and I dont know what else could get on (inside the avialable budget)... 3rd world is a terrible place to get sick with a thing like that... No good doctors that understand the problem and no money to buy the best medicine :thumbsdow

Yeah, it's prolly not that expensive with the dose you're gonna need. I was taking 7500iu a week to try and get my wife pregnant, and 10,000iu was $200

HCG medications have many different names bud, Prenyl being one of them. Arimidex is very good with something like Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or a Steroid that aromitises quickly as it stops the Estrogen....Simple terms here, won't go technical! Some people need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), some don't......Bloods are the best way to find out after a few weeks on HCG.
