problems with eating!!

stupid question but,when u guys eat do u think about your food?i try t eat as quick as possible if not my mind tells me,"im not havin no more" jus need sum advice,need t be told,ive got a bloated belly these days from forcin so much food in me that i look like a pot belly pig.meat is my big problem chewin so much makes me think of the horribleness in meat,i dont like meat as it is,,,,need sum advice t eat more,what do u guys do

turn on some music. It gets me pumped up to eat. Kinda like when ur working out......Just one more rep.......Just one more bit.
 
Actually Yoked, that kinda sounds like a good idea...I'm gonna try that. I use music to hype my up at the gym (just mentally, no flip out routines) so I do'nt see why it wouldn't work for food.

I just try to visualize the gains from food, you have no choice but to eat it. I love beef, but good steak is expensive. I've grow HATE chicken...but eat it 4 times a day.
 
ok, i had to edit my comment in response to getting pumped up about eating with food...but i mean shit...thats just silly. If music helps, go nuts...just dont make a big thing of it. I dont think you need a food spotter to slap you on the back and yell "ITS ALL YOU MAN" before you charge the chicken and potatoes.

as for the OP...if youre having trouble getting enough cals in due to hunger not being high enough, try liquid meals. Protein powder + oatmeal + banana + yogurt + peanut butter makes a great homemade MRP. You can use different fruits, olive oil, pasteurized egg whites (even regular eggs/egg whites arent that risky).

Also, hunger increases with time usually. Your body gets used to eating larger amounts of food more frequently. I used to have zero appetite in the mornings, i couldnt even down a shake...now I am starving the second i wake up in the morning. Like you avy says, give it time.

i suppose im being abit of a girl,but hey gud advice,i get cravings for milk in the middle of the night and regualy drink a couple off pints in bed,started wit full cream but then suddenly so many spots jus jumped on my face so i thought id stop,but now my cravings are growing so ive switched skimmed milk:)n alot of spots have jumped bak off again hehe,thanks 4 ur help ill try not t think of the poor cow that am eatin:P
 
sometimes with chicken...i get tierd of eating it plain so i melt some cheese on it or mix some bbq sauce. Just add some flavor to it and it should be fine

thats always been the case for me. i dont know if its a blessing or curse cus i usually dont have time to eat a solid meal in the mornings... i've been eating a peice of fruit immed. upon waking up, then before i leave ill have my oats/protein whatever...

Although I am confused at the point of this post, I also am a huge milk fan. Chocolate or white....it's all heaven.
