lighter breakfast again today, 3 eggs w/ a piece of toast

this gloomy fall weather has me in a bit of a funk, gotta snap out of it... chicken with some green beans for the next meal, maybe a few boiled eggs after that... then it will be a back workout later (I'm thinking higher rep range today)
 
back went like this...

wide grip lat pulldowns
t-bar rows
close grip pull downs
smith machine bent over rows
cardio

chopped up roast beef with some tomato and a bit of cheddar cheese in a bowl when I got back... will be some chicken later on
 
nice simple breakfast today, the usual eggs w/ toast...

3 hours later had chicken w/ bok choy, gonna be at the gym for shoulders soon...

dumbbell shrugs
old school shoulder press machine superset w/ standing dumbbell laterals (finisher)

ground beef w/ tomato, orange pepper and some kidney beans when I got back

tuna w/ tomato and cucumber in a bowl later on

subbed man. running an AML log late december. prop 75mg ed, mast 100mg ed, var 80mg/day. Cuttin way down from this bulker i'm on now. I'll be following to see how you like the mast and var from them. curious about their orals.

good arm blast today, ended up being at the gym for 2.5 hours haha... some very potent pumps at times (that's the var I think)

standing alternate dumbbell curls
close grip preacher curls
standing alternate hammer curl
preacher machine curl
v-bar pushdowns
dumbbell kickbacks
straight bar pushdowns

lots of sets of each, lost count

chicken and spinach when I got home, chicken and spinach again for my last meal

rest tomorrow... looking forward to it

Really starting to lean out, feeling strong and tight, nice feeling and still 2+ months to go ;)

fell off the wagon a bit today, but in the end we are all human... one day won't halt my progress all that much, and most likely will give me a bit of fire to push this further.

Nothing wrong with this man, some mental satifaction is good plus a shock to the body is good as well
Dont want to do one thing for to long without throwing your body a curve ball!
