PSL Lab Results - need help understanding a few points

I am hoping somebody could take a look at my mid cycle bloodwork. I'm on a 12 week blast of Test E at 500 per/week. I am taking ADEX EOD at .5 and liver support daily. I'm 41 years old, weigh 180lbs, body fat at 8%. This is my 2nd cycle and I've been training for 20 years. My estradiol looks high so my gut says I should increase to .5 ed, but I'm curious what the experts think? Also, my Albumin/Globulin ratio came back high, is this cause for alarm? On a positive note, test levels looked solid!

Was that the sensitive essay. If not it is rumored to be a little off on the E2. When I say off it means it shows actually to be high when it is in range. Heard it can be 10-15 points high.

Honestly though it really isnt that high even if it was the regular essay. How do you feel?

I must be blind. I dont see your Test values

I feel really good, no complaints to speak of. Not sure if it was the sensitive essay or not as it doesn't say anywhere on the report. Total test was 2717. Do I need to worru about the Albumin/Globulin ratio showing high?

I agree your e2 is fine.

I just copied and pasted this from Austinite's thread... make it of what you will. I'd suggest getting another comprehensive panel done as soon as you can, and go see a GP & discuss with him.

Albumin

Abbreviation: <not available>
Reference Range: 3.6-5.1 g/dL

DESCRIPTION: This is a protein and the test will show blood levels. It's produced by your liver. IMPORTANT: When drawing blood for this test, be sure to remind the nurse to release the tourniquet mid-way through the draw, otherwise this could cause elevated levels! Nurses seem to forget this as they do this all day.

High Results:
- High protein intake from diet
- Dehydrated body

Low Results:
- Low protein intake from diet
- Bowel disease
- Too much gluten in diet
- Malabsorption

Globulin

Abbreviation: <not available>
Reference Range: 1.9-3.7 g/dL

DESCRIPTION: The other protein in the total proteins category. Also produced by your liver. This will give blood levels.

High Results:
- Bone marrow problems (serious)
- Collagen disease

I can't answer the last question but I wouldn't worry a bit about your E2. I like mine right about there. Upping the adex like you are considering would be a bit too much IMO.

Thx for the assist guys, much appreciated. I'll continue AMDX at .5 EOD and I'm going to raise my water intake for the remainder of this cycle

E2 looks good but it would have been nice to show your test levels along with the rest vs you just stating them. Only because your title says lab results :)

My apologies, I accidentally cut it off as it was at the bottom of the page. Here is the testosterone component.

Your e2 is fine. For me the regular e2 assay reads 20pts higher than the sensitive assay. Either way, you're not that high at all I would leave it right where it is for on cycle.

How far into the cycle did you get the bloods drawn?

Yes, I'm ecstatic about the numbers. I am doing that with a Test Cyp TRT dose of 200 pw plus a bump of 50 to make it 250, and a Second dose of PSL Test E at 250. So 250pw pharma grade Test Cyp and another 250 peek of PSL Test E. This blood test was done one day after my PSL Test E injection

NOT BAD .... Not bad at all ..... :biggthump

For sure - test levels at 2717 - are great for 500mg of testosterone.

But that doesn't surprise with PSL...

Just like the others are saying - the E2 looks fine... "keep us posted!" :D

Where does the 200mg/week of your prescription pharmacy Testosterone put your TT at?

Great question Mega, I did the same test 24 hours after taking my TRT dose approx 6 months ago. Exactly the same amount of time that elapsed between my PSL injection and blood work shown here. My blood work showed just over 1000 on a dose of 200. You can assume based on that result that my pharma dose of 250 equates to roughly half of my 2717 total testosterone which is pretty darn close to perfect linearly
