Pumping Traps on Gear

i hope this is a joke bro, cuz it makes no sense at all... either u believe site injections will create localized growth (which they won't), or u were using gear as a sort of synthol approach

we used to do it years ago, and I know site injections don't work, but the insulin pin stimulates the muscle similar to acupuncture. we added a little test for some reason. unless you try this, you can't convince me it won't work, because it does....lol
 
it's funny reading all the posts! All these years, I've wanted my traps to grow so i get that nice tall trap look where a tank top falls off the sides and they would never grow! Now, that i'm into proportion, I'm trying to blow my shoulders up and get them jacked so I appear to have a wide structure, and my traps decide to grow with my shoulder routines! I'm not even PURPOSELY working traps and they're growing! lol!!!

don't forget, when your traps get bigger, it can give the illusion of pulling your shoulders in, appearing more narrow. old school bodybuilding tip from the Arnold Encyclopedia......lol

THANKS! That's exactly why I am trying not to grow them and grow my shoulders wider! LOL! I see my delts forming nicely, but I definitely see my traps filling in too! Maybe it's my form and I'm not isolating enough?
 
Deads, farmers walks....CLEANS AND SNATCHES and the high pull versions of each. Shrugs are fine, as well, but cleans and snatches will build you serious traps with the big bang for your buck you get with the olympic lifts.

olympic style lifts are fine and dandy... but not if ur a bodybuilder. For power... yes... for overall muscle shape, fullness, and balance... no
