Pumps so bad they hurt

Hey guys

Hope all of you are well. Just wanted to know if any of you experienced the same, I am on 7th week of test e now and the pumps I am getting now especially in shoulders and arms are so hectic they actually hurt for a while.

Is this normal? Guess just not use to it...
 
Its normal to get more of a pump while runnning test. Hard to say though everybody is different. You could be dehydrated aswell... Make sure your drinking plenty of water.
 
No problem there I drink water while I train and plenty outside the gym daily. It's just incredible the pumps I get lately
 
Mine got so bad I had to drop the Var.

2hrs later I still couldn't brush my teeth (no BS).

I have this happen to me all the time. Definitely enjoy it while you can. I think it's an awesome feeling. However, depending on what you do after your workouts, it can be a terrible hinderance.
 
I seem to get the bigger more painful pumps (love them) when I am more hydrated. Probably due to more blood volume.
 
I have definitely gotten pumps so big that they hurt... more prominently when I was on the cyp. It's a good hurt, though, so if you have not yet you will learn to love them.

A number of times I've had to take a good break from the workout so I could de-swell a bit in order to get full use & range of my extremities again.

Not a bad "problem" to have bud...
 
I had those in my forearms so bad I wasn't sure I could finish my back workout a couple of times. straps helped a little, but even driving home was a challenge.

cuffin the dummy too much maybe contributed a little....
 
Take taurine 3-5g pre-workout. I have this too, especially with dbol and tren but with test too. Lower back pumps are the worst on a leg or back day. Taurine helps a lot. And stay hydrated.
 
when my pumps start hurting, it puts me in overdrive when im on gear and makes me push harder. makes me feel like an animal and my agression goes through the roof! love it
 
I get them in lower back pretty bad, but tri's are the worst for me. Other day did bi's and tri's. Was in severe pain, but usually can massage the muscle that hurts a little in between sets and work through it. But then leaving the gym I almost walked into the glass door my arms hurt so fucking bad trying to open it. Looked like a bad ass working out and a dick leaving. LOL

lol it's bad I know the feeling! After I do shoulders they hurt like hell I can barely use my car indicators or anything else involving arm movement
 
lol be happy you have those pumps.. that means your gear is legit

I have no doubt of that gear has been awesome! Tomorrow is arms can't wait for that pump feeling where your skin feels like it's going to tear!!

Oooo fore arms bro, OW! Lower back gets it good on deadlifts though for sure.
