does this really work? all i have heard about it so far has been very positive.

i was making a lot of reseach couple years ago ,the pyruvate will be good for some but you have to take at least 20 pills per day.The pyruvate goes in the mitochoidria they past the kreeb cycle ,that save energy to give to you ....but for a lot of people is cost lot of money for result ....my 2 cents.
