Question about esthers

How come they take the same time to reach your system as they do to leave? I was thinking about it, how are AAS any different from other drugs, For instance if you smoke pot you get high right away, then it takes almost a month to leave your system. Can someone please explain this to me?

With the esters, it comes down to how fast the body can metabolize it so say prop, every third days it's reduced by half so 100mg into 50 into 25 into 12.5 etc. And technically they are in your system fast but takes time to reach levels high enough to get the desired effect if that makes any sense.

Sorry if that's not what you were asking. But it's the same with other drugs. The body metabolizes them at certain rates and some of that is determined by route of administration.
