questions about epi ? can anyone help me

i am 17 nearly 18 and im thinking about going on epi, my knowledge of this supplement is that you have a 2 weeks on the epi whislte taking milk fissel (3 caps a day) then after the 2 weeks you go off it, but then im not sure what alce i should be doing after the 2nd week ?
do i still take milk fissel while im on my break or do i need somthing alce, i really want to do my research befor i go on to this as it could cause me long term damage can anyone help ?

at your age you want to focus on diet and training. you def don't want to be using items like epi at your age it will do more damage than good. the only items I would suggest would be creatine and a solid protein supplement.you are at a perfect time in you life to make some amazing natural gains since your still growing. here is a link to a few items you might find interesting though

epi would do more harm than good for you. Train hard and eat healthy for the rest of your life. When your 25 is a better time to consider something like epi.
