Its crazy how much evil is in the world! To be real honest, I never listen to any of this guys advice but for people just starting out in fitness im sure it helped.

Yeah, that's true he did say those things. You got to remember his videos were for either overweight middle-aged people or young, inexperienced teens getting started. We know the benefits of egg yolk and peanut butter, but technically it's all sound advice for someone trying to shed some pounds and get in "decent shape" for once.
