Rad140 (first ever log) sarmsearch

Been reading up on it! Gonna order MK677 and SR9009 now:) What should the dosages be on them and when is the best to take them?

SR: start with 5mg twice a day..that's my sweet spot. 20mg per day (split in two dosages) works for many, but it makes me feel too jittery.
MK: again it's vey person dependent...I've seen some take smaller dosages (10mg per day) to assess tolerance while many prefer one 25mg dose before bed (or whenever, but many see improvement with sleep so that's when I personally would take it)
 
^^ but, again, everyone is different. I know some who feel energized after their dose and can't sleep. It has a pretty decent half life too so if you do get energized you have to wait for it to wear off. Make sense? Gotta test it and see what works for you.

Hello, new to the forum, not new to SARMS been following this log since it's inception... a few questions, and things to ad.

first... Bonexyster... Do you have an update? how did the RAD140 turn out? I saw your "before" pic and I'd say you were closer to 12% BF (unless you carry it somewhere besides your mid section) very curious to see your weight (and if you had an electronic tester at your gym, your muscle mass/bf before and after.)

question. since RAD has a 48 hour half life, does that mean it only needs to be taken once every 48 hours?

I would like to add, experimented with SarmsSearch mk, lgd and gw all as stand alone and in conjunction (mk/gw) or (lgd/gw) with doses as described in the thread with extremely favourable results. I am looking to log roughly 10 week involving SarmSearch LGD(6-8mg/day), GW (20mg split 10/10) for week 1-5 then RAD140/SR9009 from 5-10 (looking for recommendation on dose/timing.)

will be testing weight, body fat, muscle mass using electronic bf tester TODAY (which is middle of week 1... didn't get a chance to use the machine last week) will take "before" pic (really mid week 1 pic) approximate stats are 5'7" 150 pounds expecting around 11.5-12.5% Bf Goal. 153-155 pounds 8% bf in 10 weeks.

will update weight, body fat, muscle mass, pic on week 5 as transition is made

will post final results end of week 10.... posting here, because I can't start a log until i have enough posts, and this looked like the perfect place to get the info I need to make my log successful.

Training is cardio low intensity with 50 pound weighted vest 4 x a week 25 minutes w weights 4 x week (workout/diet won't be posted, but will be on point) 1 x week CKM training
Diet will be carb cycling, high protein, high fat (Good fats! EFAs, MCT oils, etc) with calories starting out at maintenance plus 400-500 cals (depending on daily activity)
other supplements: NO PROTEIN POWDERS/BARS etc. I supplement MAP protein pills approx 30 per day split 10 morning, 10 after work out 10 evening. pre workout powder Vitargo carb powder post workout... lots of water.

As I said, I have been on the RAD for 3 days now. I was on the sr9009 for the 4 weeks prior. I wish I had been on the 9009 and the 677 at the same time, but its allgood.

I had an amazing reaction to the SR9009, i let myself slip pretty hard over the holidays, hardly training, eating anything and do i mean anything, boozing my face off at holiday events, starting at Thanksgiving all the way to the new year. I was soft as I had been in years, had not put on much weight, just sloppy as fuck.

started the SR9009, felt the effects day one, increased energy, did not and could not get tired, hit two a days like it was nothing. Started feeling stronger at the end Of week one. I started stacking creatine and Peak ATP...the seem to super charge the cells that SR9009 creates. I felt a steady increase until it peaked at the beginning of week 3 but stayed until I stopped at week for. I only stayed on for 4 weeks because no one really knows how to stay on it. Needless to say I cant wait hop back on.

I am in better shape now than before the holidays, the SR9009 is amazing as far as im concerned. Full body recomp.

I will let you know how the RAD goes.

More info will present itself time as more people use these compounds. The SR9009 I would run a 20mgs for 4 weeks. Not much info because its such a new compound.

sorry I was out a while guys. I had some personal issues I was dealing with along side some out of city training I had to do. I didn't have the chance to work out hardly any the last few weeks. sarm search ask me to jjust use the lgd to maintain until I was through dealing with my issues and then start a new log of s4 and osta. I thank them for understanding and I apologize to everyone that was following this log. ive only ran osta and s4 solo and ive had great results from both, this will be my first time stacking the 2 so im looking for good results. jump on board with that log and follow. I did have the chance to take a before and after with this log just 12 days in and the difference was already dramatic so ill drop that pic and let yall know the name of my new log I start.
