Pinning tren in the delt fucking sucks afterwards!
You either have some shitty gear or you're moving that pin around too much!
The only time I have this problem is if I pin right before a workout thats gonna use my delts a lot like shoulders or chest.

I been at work for 10 hours dealing with smartass pricks all day so my brain is kind of fried. Loosen up bro. I don't sit here and break down why the heck you would or would not post in a thread. I've heard 'wicked' used for both good and bad.

I've never pinned my shoulder and was hoping you'd meant it in a good way.
I pin delts all the time. It's my favorite spot.
