Bench 275x5 315x3 335x2 360x1
I missed a third on 335 bad, my brother who was spotting me was taken by surprise as he thought i had four in me easy. Then went to 360 and hit it easy, than he laughed because he thought their was no way i was getting it. I just learned how to get a little leg drive but i have a hard time setting up properly and hitting three reps in good form with leg drive, my form fails on the last one. Dawg and PB do you guys see that alot. I was good for 370 today which i am happy about being i took a few months off and this is only the third workout back.

JM presses 95x8 115x8 135x7 had more in my but i felt i tweaked my elbow a bit putting one of the plates on the military with one hadn.
tri pushdowns 1x25 1x15
side raises 2x12 25lbs
I was very very happy today, i should be back over 400 soon, especially once i put the creatine back in my diet.
