red spot with a lump under it 8 days after injection

so i am very familiar with chest injections, have done to many to count, but i have recently stopped injecting in the pec's

8 Days after my last injection of tren i woke up and noticed a red circle around where i had injected, the red spot has gotten a tiny bit larger, it is not hot, i do not have a fever or anything, but theres is a lump underneath the skin, am not sure what this is, or how to approach it.

The source is not new to me, but the actually inject is, first time with tren and apart from this im loving it

no , ive done a few cycles before, just first time with tren, also my first cycle in a long time, due to not being able to lift for a long time because of bulged spinal disks and damaged back muscles
