Try 48 hour after shot and see what that level is like.
At 160 mg I think I was at 1248 ng/dl for "PEAK LEVEL"

Curious to know.....what did the clomid do for you? any increase in T from it?

Doctor's order - I'm only 22 and want to have kids in the future so I guess he's upping the dosage to make sure of that(?) I don't really have a specific reason for the high dosage other than that

I used that dose too. Anything more and it aromatizes in testes...

I'll do the 48 hr blood draw in my next round, sorry, didn't catch this before I switched my dosing!
But I never made it long enough to do a blood test on clomid, a week in and I felt like a teenage girl haha
But a mono Arimidex 1MG EOD took my levels up to 600 after like two weeks

I personally like to give it a month before I run labs after making a change. I would wait 3 weeks minimum. But that just me.

Megatron, here are my results after 4 weeks of splitting dosage

Trough Test: 702 (400-1197)
Trough E2: 50.3 (7.2-47.2)

Peak Test: 866
Peak E2: 54

My hematocrit actually came back high this time too, but I'm going to start donating blood next week to lower those levels

I don't know how but my E2 Levels actually increased!!
My doc is letting me dial myself in as I see fit as long as I pass everything through him first.
But I'm probably going to start .25mg of Adex 2x/week (same time as my Test inj.) to see how I feel in a couple weeks.
