you dont need winnie or tren on a 1st cycle , stick with the sustanon and run it 12 weeks. .

should I really beat myself over getting the arimidex or HCG?

start the adex after about 10-14 days and .25 mg eod is fine , run hcg starting about the same time and run 250iu 2x a week.stop the hcg before post cycle therapy (pct) starts.

TC, the conclusions you came to on your own ( despite your friends disagreeing) are spot on! I would say your knowledge is greater than your buddies now, but surely will be once you have 1st hand experience you will know more.

I would recommend the cycle you picked with sus 3 x per week over the 2 times. Levels will be more stable. Also forget the Winstrol (winny), its for precomp ( shows).

just a hypothetical question. Say I cannot get the arimidex for my cycle. I begin my cycle and along the line I begin to feel the sensations associated with gyno/possibly actually see it form. Can I take 20mg ED of nolva to hopefully fight off the gyno? If this is a clear cut no, then I will simply refrain from this cycle until I can get the arimidex somehow. My friend never ran an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) OR post cycle therapy (pct) he told me yet somehow he has never had any gyno development. Must be luck of the draw.

let me put it like this... when people skydive there is always a back-up shute, only one in a million jumps will that back-up be needed, but what if that's your "luck of the draw"

run the adex or aromasin... don't play the odds bro...

and to your question about the nolva... if gyno is there the nolva will put it back into a dormant state, symptoms will subside, but nolva will not eliminate gyno... no ai's can do that, only surgery can

so to make a long story short... run the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the duration of your cycle like Dawg outlined, right through post cycle therapy (pct) (and post cycle therapy (pct) is very important!)

FYI....check out the banner on this page for RUI. They have Aromasin, Arimidex, Letrozole, etc... You won't have to go without an AI.
