gym membership is out and money is tight for a new membership. i lost about 10lbs of muscle in the past 2-3 months because of money and need to get back up....
if i do strictly pushups, pullups, dips, and walking lunges (all at home) and continue eating an extra high calorie/protein/carb diet, will i still gain muscle mass?
cals/pro/carbs are something like 4200/290/450.
