I just want to make it clear that this guy should feel free to ask questions. There is so much misinformation out there and so damn much, it isn't hardly practical to even KNOW how to do the reserach without asking a few questions.

agc1202: Two things that are necessary to grow--

1) Diet. Sounds like you are pretty damn lean. That's great, but the thing is, it takes a surplus of calories to grow. You have to not be afraid of eating a lot of food. Eat clean if you want to minimize fat gain. Complex carbs, low/no sugars, high protein (like 300 grams/day!).

2) Training. Do you now just work on your upper body? I don't blame you if you do, as this is exactly what most guys in the gym do. But we'll give you what seems to be a secret even though we are screaming it out loud. Do (deep, proper form) squats and deadlift and you will increase you mass substantially.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with your advice that he should do a cycle. He needs to learn (and follow through with) proper diet and training. Without that, even gear will only be of so much help...his gains while 'on' will be severely limited and he is less likely to maintain the mass he gained.

upon consideration of my "come back and ask question" statement i retract it. I actually dont think that. I was in shock tho at the thread starters concept of how to use Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and just was trying to shock sum1 into reading more.

Ask questions the whole time, its the only way i get three posts one one thread.

I'm natural currently and may never use again. Unless you have some desire to be huge or strong beyond something naturally obtainable then just stop. Besides, it is somewhat clear you need to study on useage anyway before starting again, you should be embarrassed running cycles like "4 weeks of deca."

You can find tiny little men competing in bodybuilding competitions bro. What is your overall goal and what are your stats now?
 
Those drug profiles are very misleading to new guys.

Besides that, he need to be studying caloric value of various foods, not steroids.
