You are thinking of HGH my friend and the fact that it is the growth hormone that in a literal term makes you grow. This includes organs etc. So when you see characters like Phil heath on the stage and their stomachs are abnormally large it is due to outlandish amount of hgh. Not steroids

The so called "gh roid gut" is nonsense, its not from steroid neither growth hormone, its from abusing insulin and igf-1, gh doesnt cause it by itself its from stacking insulin igf AND GH that does it, basically the organs in the stomach grows from too much cell growth from igf and insulin.

Thanks for the information guys! I always thought steroids made your organs grow and the swollen round belly was from that.. In my case I must just have more fat deposits around that are and it's just normal bloat. Damn it! I'm going to have to kick up the cardio. I hate cardio, hahaha!

Sometimes when i am bulking, the bloat makes me look like an angry blowfish. So that may be a roid gut reference....
