No workout this morning.. Set the alarm for 3 & was lucky to somehow wake up @ 4.. Didn't get to bed till almost 11. Very busy weekend.

Gonna try & hit weights and cardio tomorrow morning before work.
 
Had a great arm workout this morning followed by 30 minutes of HIIT on the bike. Actually got a compliment from some dude at the gym on my arms. I was gushing with excitement! Lol. Endurance on the bike felt great! I guess the 7 hours of sleep helped too. Haha.

Had a good enough night at work last night where I was able to get a great shoulder workout in this morning. Went home & slept like a baby.

When I woke up, I looked a lot leaner than I have in a while. Unfortunately, I forgot to weigh in.

If tonight goes well here at work, I plan on hitting the gym for a quick back workout and then off to bed for a little nap. Upon waking, I plan on going for a few mile run.
 
Ok, if I wasn't a believer before, I am now!! It's been probably over a week or so since I've done any distance running. I've always been crashing around the 2 mile mark, so I just decided to keep it there. Well, this morning, I decided to challenge myself to 3 miles. By the 1 mile mark, I was already considering 5!! Talk about feeling great!! My feet and hamstring said no mas, but my lungs said go for 10!! Lol. Truly a believer in this combo.

Been hitting the weights harder than ever these last few days. Working days today & tomorrow then off this weekend. Thinking of going for another run Friday morning to see how I'm feeling. Feet are kinda sore, so I'll use some different shoes.

I'm still looking leaner than when I started this, but I actually got on the scale this morning & I'm 184!!!??? Interesting.. Might be the weights I've been pushing & the extra protein. Either way, I'm happy w/ the results thus far..
 
Looking good over here. I'm running my favorite stack: s4 and GW. I'm loving it like always. I love the endurance boost GW gives me, and I love waking up every morning leaner than the day before thanks to the s4. Can't beat it.

FINAL REVIEW!!

First off, thanks again to Psizzle for this opportunity. While I was logging this, I was also taken under her wing as one of the reps for Sarmsearch, so for that I am thankful as well. I know I've got a lot to learn, but I'm here to learn as much as I can, and help steer users in the righ direction.

As for this combo, I went in with expectations of possibly running a marathon at the end of the cycle. Lol, what was I thinking?? I do enjoy running, but not quite that much! haha. I definitely didn't get out on the road as much as I had hoped. Life sometimes gets hectic. I found myself trying to get up @ 3am on my days off just to get to the gym and or run. The amout of time I did get to run however, I will say that I did see a definite improvement on my run times. The last couple of runs were incredible!! My plantar faciitis feels like it's coming back, so I'm back down to running only 2x a week at the most. Sucks cuz I started to enjoy the runs.

My weight was all over the place through this run. My lowest was 177. I weighed in yesterday at 181.2. I'll try & get an updated pic up tomorrow. I think I've definitely leaned out, so I'd say this was a great recomp run! The last 2 weeks I started putting the endurance side of this combo to work in the gym w/ the weights. I upped the weight and reps, while reducing the rest periods.

I had zero sides to speak of throughout the run. That alone is HUGE!! For something this effective to be side free is incredible! If anybody's looking to lean up and increase their cardio endurance, I'd highly encourage you to give this a go! It won't let you down, that's for sure!!
 
Just took this. Actually feeling leaner now than this morning after lifting and running 2 miles! Just had dinner about an hour ago too.
