FINAL REVIEW!!
First off, thanks again to Psizzle for this opportunity. While I was logging this, I was also taken under her wing as one of the reps for Sarmsearch, so for that I am thankful as well. I know I've got a lot to learn, but I'm here to learn as much as I can, and help steer users in the righ direction.
As for this combo, I went in with expectations of possibly running a marathon at the end of the cycle. Lol, what was I thinking?? I do enjoy running, but not quite that much! haha. I definitely didn't get out on the road as much as I had hoped. Life sometimes gets hectic. I found myself trying to get up @ 3am on my days off just to get to the gym and or run. The amout of time I did get to run however, I will say that I did see a definite improvement on my run times. The last couple of runs were incredible!! My plantar faciitis feels like it's coming back, so I'm back down to running only 2x a week at the most. Sucks cuz I started to enjoy the runs.
My weight was all over the place through this run. My lowest was 177. I weighed in yesterday at 181.2. I'll try & get an updated pic up tomorrow. I think I've definitely leaned out, so I'd say this was a great recomp run! The last 2 weeks I started putting the endurance side of this combo to work in the gym w/ the weights. I upped the weight and reps, while reducing the rest periods.
I had zero sides to speak of throughout the run. That alone is HUGE!! For something this effective to be side free is incredible! If anybody's looking to lean up and increase their cardio endurance, I'd highly encourage you to give this a go! It won't let you down, that's for sure!!
