Shaved almost a minute off my time. Don't get me wrong, I was gasping for air when I finished! Lol. These last few days have been very hot. Right now, it's 80° and they're calling for 99. Lucky me, I get to work 12 hours in it today in dark blue fire retardant clothing. Yesterday, I drank almost 2 gallons of water. Probably be the same today.

Nice if you keep that up you'll be at your goal in no time! Does it feel like it is giving you more energy for the run or have you not noticed anything yet. And weird I get to work in the heat in dark blue fr coveralls also. I'm just way up north so not as humid as you I believe. And my winters are where it gets real shitty.
 
Honestly, I think it's a little too early to tell. Now, if I can get that 2 mile pace to low 8's, then yes, I'll definitely say it's the SARMS. Right now, I'm still getting used to this running stuff.. Lol. Thanks for following!

Hitting the weights tomorrow. I'm off tomorrow. I may try & squeeze some cardio in too. :)
 
Yeah, I THINK I'm benoticing that. Just a little too early to determine that. Going for that same 2 mile run tomorrow morning. Did chest this morning. Kind of a weird workout. It's like initially, strength was great, but I fizzled out quickly. Did incline db***8217;s first, followed by flat bench. Literally was struggling with 175.... had to laugh though because in my tank top I looked straight SWOLE!! Lol. Here's the finished product of my chest workout.

Thanks everyone for the sweet comments. Lol. Seriously, thanks for following. I'm definitely liking the physical changes in as little as 2 weeks! One other thing I've been noticing and keep forgetting to mention is that I feel like I'm sweating A LOT more than usual. I mean like buckets!!

Just walked into the gym for a shoulder workout, but somebody else is already using the equipment I was planning on using. Time to hit back!! LOL
 
Just a quick update:

I worked a 12 hour shift last night & got a little cat nap.. (well, maybe a little more than that.. Lol). Anyway, I left work this morning & went straight to the gym. I did take 2 caffeine pills (400mg) :devil: Needless to say, I felt pretty good in the gym. Despite getting minimal sleep in a chari last night, I still hit a couple pr's this morning on my back workout. Lol, it might have had something to do w/ my anger towards the other cat that was using my shoulder workout bench!! haha..

Anyway, it was a great workout. The intensity was up and I kept the rest between sets to a minimum. Yes, the sweat was pouring. I'm easily drinking 1.5 gallons of water a day. Sometimes more. When I got home from the gym, I had to cut my backyard. I'll call that my cardio cuz it's a good sized yard w/ a very steep incline. I cut it twice (criss-cross) for the look, and for the exercise.

Won't be able to make the gym tomorrow morning due to having to go work my part time gig at father in laws shop. Dude pays me well, so I can't turn it down. After that, the wife & I are taking the kids to school registration. My little girl starts Kindergarten already!! :bawling: Lol, and the wife is on crutches, so I get to carry everything.. After that, I'll have to come home & sleep for one more night of work.
 
Just passing through.. Sucks missing a workout.. Ended up not even getting a nap at home. Got home from the kids' registration only to find out they both have lice!! WTF!!??? So, we basically disenfected the entire house & medicated their heads.. My wife checked me - all clear. I forgot to check her befor coming into work.. Lol. Ooops!

Off tomorrow morning through Sunday, then days on Mon. Should get back into some solid workouts. Arms tomorrow morning, possibly followed up w/ some HIIT at the house w/ the kids.
 
Great log. I like the screenshots of your runs. I will be doing that for my ss sr9009 log while training for my marathon at the end of September.

are you planning on changing/increasing your dosage at all or going to keep it consistent the whole cycle?
 
I'm waiting on my LGD to come in. I've used it from many other companies but I'm really looking forward to getting it from SS. I will log on my experience with it and post some before and after pics.
 
Great shoulder workout finished. Took yesterday off to sleep in & catch up on my sleep from working the last 3 nights. Up early this morning to get my gym in & now it's off to father in laws shop for some part time work before church.

She thinks my traps r sexy. Lol
