I am just introducing myself (again). I posted yesterday in the competitive forum as I am prepping for a competition after a long layoff from training. I was a member prior as well, but was unable to locate the name or the email I used at the time. Anyways, I thrive for information and thoroughly enjoy learning new things and also finding out what everyone is doing for their physiques and the new innovative things out there! I am excited to be back and hope to learn even more knowledge from all of you in the future!
