My bad for the redundancy of this topic (as I've just registered on this forum and already seen this topic way too much), but I'm about to start my first cycle and was curious as to everyone's input on my cycle (dosages, etc.) relative to the results I'm looking for. Right now I'm 22 yrs old, 6' tall, 220 lbs, bench 315 (for a rough idea on strength), and I'm somewhat stalky. I'm really looking to lean up and possibly put on 10+ lbs of lean muscle. Here's my cycle specs:
Winny- 8 wks @ 50 mg eod (175 mg/wk)
test prop- 10 wks @ 100 mg eod (350 mg/wk)
relative to what I'm looking for, are these good dosages? Also, I was looking to take some ephedrine (just bought some while still available) while on my cycle to help cut down. Is the ephedrine going to impair my gains much? Also is there a specific time I should start taking the ephedrine (latter half of cycle, etc?). I know these first timer questions are pretty gay, but any input would be appreciated...
