severe knee pain after squatting 5 plates (video)

I dont care what people look like show me one scientist that has put a bbodybuilder in stage. I will never hite any trainer because this is not my career ill listen to advise i might even try it but thats all. Anyone including myself can put in the years researching and be an expert.

Will it make me look better? Nope if i had to choose someone for bodybuilding it has to be a ex bodybuilder or still one. To say youd spend big dollars for a important show for someone you dont know anything about expect hes smart is a lie.

How are you gonna ask a coach that doesnt do tren to give u a protocol and advice they dont teach that at college or even online. Not saying science doesnt have its place but do famous bodybuilders study aas the science and go based off that? Nope.... has anyone studied 30iu of hgh and slin use on a bodybuilder? Nope..... you can say whatever but you get my drift and so does everyone else

seriously? without scientists there wouldnt be 1/50 of as many BB's on stage cause we all know that many wouldnt have the patience or willpower to train natural. i wouldnt choose anyone to train me because i expect he's smart. i'd hire him if i checked out his credentials and found out that he does in fact know his stuff.
just because hes big doesnt mean he knows what will make me gain mass. it doesnt mean hes using his own AAS correctly. he could be one heart beat away from keeling over with f**ked up blood pressure or have damaged his liver beyond all recognition or any one of the many other resulting problems associated with uneducated use of AAS. And uneducated is the key word there, unless you want to take the place of a labratory rat.

i read earlier in this post someone stating that there were clinical trials of AAS didnt refer to them as they were done on average people. well, unless you are superhuman then at some stage we were all 'average' people when we started taking AAS but had the desire to improve ourselves to fit out ideal of what we should or wanted to be like.

Look many people have come to these forums after being advised by the 'Big guys' from the gym about what course to take and after coming here and talking to 'educated' people have found out just how wrong the first advice had been. yes, of course, you would always like your personal trainer to look good because you would like them to have that passion for keeping fit and training but if they didnt i wouldnt discount them if they looked like your average joe soap. Not if i was sure after doing my research that they were well educated on the matter. that would be like saying, i dont care how smart stephen hawkins is, if he hasnt gone thru a black hole im not listening to him.

while the whole back and forth in this thread has been amusing, i would much rather listen to someone who gives his/her opinion and advice and then can back it up with the relevant references, clinical trials or any other evidence to support their claim. i dont owe my allegiance to anyone here, nor am i here to kiss anyones ass.

simply put, fact beats fiction or fantasy. facts can be examined, broken down, critiqued and discussed. im in no way knocking bustinass or anyone else here that have put in the time and effort to improve their physique however its simply not good enough to refute a fact based arguement or discussion with 'i bring the pudding'.

Stfu who are you?

That is TheBigDawg. You are not very nice to the new guys lol

Not when they come at me with are you serious with a handful of posts.... i was new to a forum too and we tend to jump in convos and sise with majority so people will like us......

And for the rep u gave me thx..... and i havent injected tren at least 1 week lol

Everyone is arguing with that beast bustinass guy and you know you guys all look like shit homos. I bet he can out bench all you pussies. What do you bench bustinass? 400? Fuck thess hatters man.

Fuck diet fuck science not literally but just for my example and why i think experience hands in is a must to coach on aas.

Im a truck driver have been for 8+ years.... ive worked dangerous locations in oilfields ive delivered toxic chemicals, oil, gas you name it.... and i can say im pretty dam good a expert in my field. Now i can type how to sgift gears how to backup a truck but you will crash or hit something.

I can explain in detail when performing upgrades in oil wells changing out lines how to protect yourself from fumes that will kill you.... but you all will fail without me being there to teach you hands on some things just need hands on experience bo way around it

Now the trolls show up to make things worse. This thread has turned to shit. It was originally about a squat, and the OP had some shaky form and the weight was just too much for him. Going too low on a squat can cause issues in some people even when executed properly. I feel good dropping very low even with heavy weight but not everyone has the same types of joints and connective tissue make up which can make giving advice on how low to go very difficult. Half squatting is definitely a no no because you are putting yourself through all the stress of a squat and not reaping the benefits that come with it. I suggest that right under 90 degrees is a good start, and go lower each week to assess how your joints handle the torque and extension from the movement. The not using heavy weight argument applies to many people but some people find lifting very heavy to be effective. The great Ronnie Coleman is known for doing 1 rep on an 800 pound squat (squat suit used) and 2200 pound leg press. While others get away using lighter weights like D. Jackson and Jay Cutler. Everyone's body is different.

Someone emailed this to me today and I cant help but laugh :)....

So your entire argument is that controlling insulin is more important than a caloric deficit hmm?

Here is a study where 2 groups were put on a caloric deficit BUT one was given a drug (diazoxide) to inhibit insulin secretion in people who secrete too much of it (hyperinsulinaemic) while the other was given a placebo:

No effect of inhibition of insulin secretion by diazoxide on weight loss in hyperinsulinaemic obese subjects during an 8-week weight-loss diet. - PubMed - NCBI

Now remember, that this is a double blind placebo controlled long term (8 weeks) study - the HIGHEST standard possible in research...

RESULTS:
"....No differences in changes between the groups in body weight, body fat, REE or appetite were observed during the 8-week trial.

CONCLUSION:
These findings do not suggest that hyperinsulinaemia per se contributes to maintenance of the obese state, andinsulin secretion inhibition seems not a promising drug target."

So the group that had their insulin secretion suppressed didn't lose any more fat than the group who were hyperinsulinanemic (too much insulin secretion)....

More proof that you have no idea what the fuck your talking about...but keep posting pics, that strategy is going great :)

Whoooooaaaaaaa bro! This ain't no chess game yo!

Lol WTFOWNED.

I actually had wondered about hyperinsulinanemia as exogenous insulin can mimic it's effects. Awesome study zilla. :)

lots of study guys here but VERY few who even look remotely good haha

must be a bitch walking with a laptop on the beach and proving people you know your shit!

OP change your socks and try again high quality socks are always important for quad excercises

What the fuck are you talking about bud? This thread is already polluted enough as it is and you come to add more nonsense lol

Burned those pussies. You are shredded dudester. How dou get those pointy ass deltoid muscles. You sat those whole eggs you posted? I take the yollk out for my health, but you look solid and ace for sure. Forget these haters my man and let them mire your body.

Before I'm out for the day, OP:

Your form on the squat is not fine - you can clearly see your knees buckling and turning in - especially at the bottom of the move coming back up.

You can either use a lighter weight and/or a wider stance but you want to avoid your knees buckling in the way they do in that video if you want to avoid serious injuries.
If your really into PL, then that sort of shallow squat wont be accepted when going to meets - that's if you plan on taking it that seriously.

have you guys watched the movie chappie?

Heard it sucks and I had high hopes because I was a huge fan of District 9. Guess that director will end up being a one hit wonder if he doesn't get a deal to direct another movie.
