I dont care what people look like show me one scientist that has put a bbodybuilder in stage. I will never hite any trainer because this is not my career ill listen to advise i might even try it but thats all. Anyone including myself can put in the years researching and be an expert.
Will it make me look better? Nope if i had to choose someone for bodybuilding it has to be a ex bodybuilder or still one. To say youd spend big dollars for a important show for someone you dont know anything about expect hes smart is a lie.
How are you gonna ask a coach that doesnt do tren to give u a protocol and advice they dont teach that at college or even online. Not saying science doesnt have its place but do famous bodybuilders study aas the science and go based off that? Nope.... has anyone studied 30iu of hgh and slin use on a bodybuilder? Nope..... you can say whatever but you get my drift and so does everyone else
seriously? without scientists there wouldnt be 1/50 of as many BB's on stage cause we all know that many wouldnt have the patience or willpower to train natural. i wouldnt choose anyone to train me because i expect he's smart. i'd hire him if i checked out his credentials and found out that he does in fact know his stuff.
just because hes big doesnt mean he knows what will make me gain mass. it doesnt mean hes using his own AAS correctly. he could be one heart beat away from keeling over with f**ked up blood pressure or have damaged his liver beyond all recognition or any one of the many other resulting problems associated with uneducated use of AAS. And uneducated is the key word there, unless you want to take the place of a labratory rat.
i read earlier in this post someone stating that there were clinical trials of AAS didnt refer to them as they were done on average people. well, unless you are superhuman then at some stage we were all 'average' people when we started taking AAS but had the desire to improve ourselves to fit out ideal of what we should or wanted to be like.
Look many people have come to these forums after being advised by the 'Big guys' from the gym about what course to take and after coming here and talking to 'educated' people have found out just how wrong the first advice had been. yes, of course, you would always like your personal trainer to look good because you would like them to have that passion for keeping fit and training but if they didnt i wouldnt discount them if they looked like your average joe soap. Not if i was sure after doing my research that they were well educated on the matter. that would be like saying, i dont care how smart stephen hawkins is, if he hasnt gone thru a black hole im not listening to him.
while the whole back and forth in this thread has been amusing, i would much rather listen to someone who gives his/her opinion and advice and then can back it up with the relevant references, clinical trials or any other evidence to support their claim. i dont owe my allegiance to anyone here, nor am i here to kiss anyones ass.
simply put, fact beats fiction or fantasy. facts can be examined, broken down, critiqued and discussed. im in no way knocking bustinass or anyone else here that have put in the time and effort to improve their physique however its simply not good enough to refute a fact based arguement or discussion with 'i bring the pudding'.
